Meeting Willow

Willow laid on the train seat, with her legs hanging over the armrest. She was reading a book. The book had a red cover with a gold engraved, reading 'The Book of Lies.' After a while, Willow put the book down and sat up. She looked out the window and watched as trees and mountains went by. Willow turned her head and looked down the hall. There were no passengers in her carriage.
'That's odd…' Willow thought to herself. She sat back on her chair and lent her head on her hand. Just as she was about to fall asleep, she heard the carriage door open and close. She looked down the hall and saw a man with black, red and blue hair. He wore a black pair of suit pants and a black shirt.  His shoes were white and his tied was striped red and blue. Willow watched as he walked down the hall and past her. He sat at one of the far end seats.

Willow pouted angrily and fixed her glasses. Willow was quite short person. She was only 63inches tall. Though, she had a saying that scared everyone that called her short: 'Call me short again and I swear I'll make you shorter.'  Her hair was a light tan color, normally tied up in a lazy bun and her fringe hanging freely on her forehead, and her eyes were a nice light blue with a dark ring around the edge. She wore a pair of red glasses and had freckles along her nose and under her eyes. Her outfit was very eccentric. She wore a small top hat with a red ribbon around it. She wore a tight business shirt and coat with a bow around her neck. The coat was black and stripy with a white shirt underneath, both matching the skirt. It was black and stripy with a white layer underneath. She wore simple school shoes with black leg warmers, starting at her knees and ending on the ground.

Willow sat back on her seat and tried not to think of the rude passenger that didn't sit with her. She grabbed her book and began to read again until the ride finally came to a stop. The man with the red, black and blue hair was still in the same spot and didn't seem like he was getting off, so Willow grabbed her bags and got off. She made her way to a dark and creepy house, on the edge of the town. Which town exactly…she had no idea. The town was dark and creepy, just as much as the house was. There were dead, black trees everywhere. It looked like a fire had gone through but had only devoured the trees. There were some other houses around but all the windows were shut and the doors had wood over them. It was only the house, she had been directed to, that didn't look abandoned. Willow looked around the house to make sure what she had the right place. The house was a very dark gray with a pitch-black roof. The grass and plants in the front of the house had all died and were starting to rot near the plaster. The stone path leading toward the door was cracked and had dirt smeared across it. The path had a second one leading back around the house. Willow followed it and found a small black spike-tipped fence. She continued through the gate where she found a large graveyard. There were roses circling all the small groups of headstones. The roses made out a picture, but Willow didn't quite seem to see it.

She went back to the front of the house and was about to knock when a spooky looking girl with black hair and red eyes opened the door. She had a small black triangle under her eye while the other remained hidden under her side fringe. She was wearing a black tank top with a red tartan skirt. There was a red and black striped tie around her neck and she wore a long black glove on her left hand while she wore a short black and red striped fingerless glove on her right. Most of her legs were covered with black and red striped socks with a pair of heavy black boots on either foot. The only thing that Willow thought was familiar, was the band around her arm. It had a skull on it; identical to the one on the letter she had received.
"And you are?" She asked with a blank expression.
"Willow Tempest…I got a letter from a group called The Death Embassy?" Willow asked, a little scared this was the wrong place.
"Willow? Wi-ll-ow? Oh! Willow!" She sung after saying Willow's name over and over again. "This is the Death Embassy. I'm Gabby, Gabby Black!"
She smiles a big grin. By the looks of it, she had teeth like a vampires.

Someone smacked her over the head. A fairly tall man with black hair was standing behind her. He had dark eyes and a side fringe like Gabby. He wore a black shirt and a pair of long black pants. A pair of formal work shoes covered his feet while a blood red tie hung around his neck. He was putting on a coat, which had a high collar, and he wore the same armband as Gabby too. He looked at Willow and she flinched.
"We've got a job…" Was all he said before pushing past Willow and heading out into the silent street. Gabby grabbed Willow's bags and threw them into the house before leaving the door open and running off after the man in black. A girl with pink hair exited the house and followed close behind her. Willow dumped her other bag on the couch as well and grabbed her staff before chasing after the rest of the group…
